Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Read this disclaimer before you use foreverhighly.property. It is a general template, not legal advice.

A Referral Service Only

Foreverhighly Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. An independent provider does any work in your home. Foreverhighly Heating & Air does not.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being connected to a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of their work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

General Information

This site's content is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Homes and systems differ, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They vary with the job, location, equipment and labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

Statements about energy efficiency are general. We promise no level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply.

Safety

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the home. Then contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Foreverhighly Heating & Air when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We work to keep the information here accurate and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or error-proof.
